We’ve just completed a full technical and visual rebuild of A Summer To Die For, the second-ever digital murder mystery case built on Cold Case Inc, bringing it up to the same high standard as our latest cases. This is one of the most significant updates we’ve ever released for an existing case.

If you’ve played A Summer To Die For before, we strongly recommend coming back to experience it again with the new system. If you haven’t played it yet, now is the perfect time to jump in.

• Personal Investigator Notes: You can now add your own private notes to any piece of evidence. Keep track of theories, questions, or connections as you investigate.
• Smoother Report Submission: The final “Submit Report” process has been streamlined and made more responsive.
• Cleaner, More Professional Layout: A fresh folder structure that feels like a real modern police case management system. Everything is better organised and easier to navigate.
• Improved Performance & Immersion: Faster loading, better visuals, and a much more polished overall experience.

All of your favourite evidence, the incident report, autopsy, suspect profiles, interviews, forensics, communications, and more, is still there, just presented in a far more intuitive and satisfying way.

This update uses the same advanced framework we developed for The Stonewood Mystery, and the difference is night and day.
