my first cold case! i reviewed all the information over several hours and came to the right conclusion, it was super fun, challenging but not impossible, well thought out and constructed, i will definitely be playing more cold cases in the future :) i always found detective work and solving mysteries interesting but this way i can experience the trill without the stress and trauma that comes along with being a real detective, and or working in crime.

Very fun and engaging. My GF solved most of it while i was trying to understand how smart and pretty she is

I am jealous of people who can finish these cases in 2 hours. I take days. DAYS. I look through everything, then look through it again. Question my choices. And restart the whole process. By the time I choose someone, I can lay in bed and scroll through the files in my brain. It drives me crazy. But I can’t click submit until I have exhausted every outcome. This one was no different. It took me a very long time to narrow it down to 2 suspects. And an even longer time than that to settle on one. It was not easy. It was fun. Now I can give my brain a break before I start the next one.

I found this case to be pretty hard! I was about to give up before discovering one little breadcrumb which led to other thoughts and theories.

The shadow wire login accounts aren’t too hard. I couldn’t figure out 1 until AFTER I finished. When it dawned on me that it was right there in front of my face. Those were pretty fun to decode.

Everything does come together for the most part.

One thing I would change if I could, would be to add better subtitles. Sometimes I have a hard time hearing Whats being said. And I have to rely on the PDF transcripts.

But there is one piece of media that’s bilingual in this. It was very hard to decipher what was being said without actual subtitles being provided. It took me a very, very, long time to get the overall tone. In the end, I was able to put together enough to get the message.

The case was incredibly frustrating in a fun way. I will always buy these cases as they release.

My partner and I are so happy that we found Cold Case Inc. ! We had a wonderful stay-at-home date night investigating & even got out a bulletin board to track our evidence... so much fun!

Very good game, I had a lot of fun with my family trying to figure out this hard case. We did find the ending a little unfulfilling but other than that this is a great first Coldcase Inc game! Cannot wait to play more.

This was the first Cold Case Inc mystery my friends and I played. We’ve now played several. This is a great introduction to the cold case format, as later mysteries we played were more delightfully difficult. You can play these games alone, but my friends and I played several over zoom, and what we like best is that, unlike murder mysteries, we are not competing, we’re collaborating. Instead of keeping our thought processes to ourselves, we’re sharing and building on each other’s insights to get to a solution together. This cold case had a very interesting cast of suspects and the developing evidence led to surprising places. It was a lot of fun to play. If you’re wondering which game to start with I would suggest this one! Enjoy!

Such a great date night activity—engaging, exciting, and so much fun! We solved the crime together and are already looking forward to trying more of the investigations.

My friend group has been playing murder mysteries / cold cases / virtual escape rooms for 4 years! We've been so happy to find coldcaseinc.com! This is the 4th Cold case we've played. We have a strict 2 hour cut off time, and this is the only cold case we weren't able to finish in 1 session, and we had to meet again to complete the case. We loved this one! It is very twisty turny, thought-provoking and fun! And the ultimate conclusion was from a very surprising clue! This was our favorite of the 4 we've played so far (we own all of the cold cases but haven't played some yet). I don't think you could go wrong in playing any of the games, but we thought this one was more challenging and we liked that!

It was a lot of fun, but I wish there had been more interaction/ puzzle solving like in the demo game.

My second case solved, and I had a lot of fun with it. Can't wait to solve another one :)

Pretty solid, this is the first one I solved and it was a lot of fun to take copious notes and dig into the evidence. I did this one on my own, but I'm looking forward to doing one with friends later this week. I was worried it was going to be the kind of thing where you basically get pointed straight to who did it, but it wasn't that, I did actually have to do some digging.
